The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development in Automation Anywhere 360. You will work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business processes and then design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate those processes. Additionally, you will participate in unit and integration testing, code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation practices and standards.Key Responsibilities: Automation Development and Implementation: Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere 360. Integrate RPA solutions with external applications and systems using APIs as needed. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure that RPA solutions meet functional requirements and adhere to quality standards. Debug and troubleshoot issues with RPA bots and processes to ensure flawless performance. Code and Process Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure that development practices and coding standards are followed. Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of coding standards and best practices for RPA development. Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications, user manuals, and process diagrams. Maintain clear records of testing, troubleshooting, and development efforts. Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate with business teams to review processes and ensure a high level of understanding prior to automation. Provide feedback and recommendations for further process optimizations and improvements through automation.Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development using Automation Anywhere 360. Familiarity with Automation Anywhere Control Room activities, including managing workflow queues, device pools, credential lockers, etc. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go to aid in bot development and problem-solving. Experience in integrating RPA with external applications via APIs to ensure seamless automation. Strong skills in deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and debugging RPA automations to ensure optimal bot performance. Experience with relational databases and SQL query development for data retrieval, processing, and reporting within RPA solutions.Desirable Skills: Experience with Enterprise systems such as SAP, Snowflake, etc., is a plus. Knowledge or experience with large data reporting and data visualization tools to analyze and present automation results effectively.Competencies: Digital Competencies: Proficiency in Python, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Automation Anywhere, and Database Optimization and Tuning. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and software development skills. Ability to develop high-quality and scalable RPA solutions for complex business processes.
