The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace agents across various environments. You will monitor application performance metrics such as response times, error rates, and resource utilization, identifying performance bottlenecks and root causes using Dynatrace analysis tools. Additionally, you will create custom dashboards, set up alerts, and collaborate with development teams to address performance issues and optimize application code.Key Responsibilities: Dynatrace Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents across various environments, ensuring seamless monitoring of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynatrace agents to maintain consistent performance monitoring. Application Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor application performance metrics, including response times, error rates, and resource utilization, to identify potential performance issues. Analyze application performance data using Dynatrace tools to uncover performance bottlenecks and identify root causes. Custom Dashboards and Alerts: Design and implement custom dashboards to provide real-time insights into application performance for various stakeholders. Create and manage alerts to notify teams of performance issues, enabling quick responses to resolve bottlenecks. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to address application performance concerns. Assist in optimizing application code and processes based on performance insights from Dynatrace. Performance Optimization: Use Dynatrace's insights to drive efforts towards optimizing application code and ensuring the highest performance. Identify and propose performance enhancements across systems and applications to improve overall user experience and efficiency.Essential Skills: 6-8 years of experience in Dynatrace installation, configuration, and maintenance. Strong understanding of Dynatrace tools for performance monitoring and troubleshooting, including deep expertise in application performance metrics such as response times, error rates, and resource utilization. Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and utilizing Dynatrace analysis tools to diagnose and resolve performance issues. Proven ability to create custom dashboards and alerts to monitor and address performance issues proactively. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with development teams to address performance issues and optimize application performance. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL for database-related performance monitoring and optimization.Desirable Skills: Experience with advanced Dynatrace features such as service flow, distributed tracing, and synthetic monitoring. Familiarity with application performance tuning and code optimization based on Dynatrace findings. Knowledge of other application monitoring tools and methodologies. Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerized applications (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).Competencies: PL/SQL: Experience with PL/SQL for monitoring database performance and optimizing queries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application performance issues. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, responding quickly to performance issues and implementing solutions.
