Project-Related Activities:o Lead or participate in project workstreams.o Contribute to analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery.o Drive impactful contributions to the long-term transformation of SAP HCM Regional Systems.3. Service Management Activities:o Handle incidents and change requests for Americas Region systems.o Focus on Time Management, Payroll and SF EC Replication.o Document technical configurations.o Align business demands with IT strategy and provide consultative support.o Troubleshoot HR technical issues collaboratively.o Program debugging (ABAP) may be required occasionally.
