The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle applications, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to understanding client and stakeholder requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality task delivery while maintaining a deep alignment with the customers culture and expectations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Independently handle tasks and deliver high-quality solutions on time, while maintaining proactive involvement in all phases of the project. Perform due diligence on assigned tasks, ensuring all technical aspects are properly addressed and aligned with business goals. Align with the customer's culture and work environment to ensure a smooth collaboration and effective delivery. Support and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and functionality. Collect and process data as needed to support the application development and maintenance. Competencies: Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development and related technical areas. Experience (Years): 4-6 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS development and support. Essential Skills: Proven experience in data collection processing. Strong expertise in Oracle technologies and Oracle EBS applications. Experience in application maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear understanding between stakeholders and team members. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, and Jira for project management and issue tracking.
