In order to perform the role, they are expected to collaborate very closely with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Product Owners in a scaled agile environment Key to the role will be: Collaborating on the value proposition, strategic initiatives and roadmap Working with the Business Product Manager to create features (MVP) and align to value (ROI) and to ensure delivery of value associated with the feature Staying current with changing business priorities through ongoing interactions with Portfolio Manager and business Continuously refining the program backlog to adapt to change Monitoring feature implementation with Business Product Manager and respective Product Owners Required Qualifications - Overall 8+ years of professional IT experience - 7+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy systems or similar healthcare industry - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager - A minimum of 5 years of experience Managing program backlogs, features, refinement, and user story development - Proactive individual with drive and capability to take ownership - Knowledge of Portfolio Manager and Product Owner responsibilities - Capability of working with cross-functional teams - Experience developing a team culture to show high regard for adherence to quality standards and operating at maximum efficiency - Leading with a sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to deliver quality products on time and within budget - Experience managing multiple programs/projects, while managing multiple concurrent trains/releases and setting priorities to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications - Overall 10+ years of professional IT experience - SAFe Certification - Knowledge and understanding of the CVS Health software development lifecycle (SEP) - Ability to influence Business Product Managers in adopting agile practices - Familiarity with CVS business domains and the customer experience is a plus Keywords: user interface information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=226375&uid= |
