Requirement details : Title : SAP Technical Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA, Agile) Location : Beaverton, OR (ONSITE) Duration : Contract Technical Skills & Knowledge: Primary Skills : Technical PM, SAP S/4HANA, Agile Responsibilities : Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution for SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements. Define and drive delivery roadmaps, sprint planning, and execution in an Agile framework. Collaborate with multiple vendors, offshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure project milestones are met while handling scope, risks, and dependencies effectively. Manage high-pressure environments while ensuring successful and timely solution delivery. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Work closely with business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive strategic decisions. Provide clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership. Foster a collaborative and proactive problem-solving culture. Agile & Technical Expertise: Implement Agile best practices in SAP project execution, ensuring efficient sprint cycles and backlog grooming. Collaborate with development, architecture, and functional teams to optimize solutions. Utilize deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge to provide insights on technical and architectural challenges. Vendor & Resource Management: Manage multiple service providers across different time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration. Drive vendor performance, contract adherence, and SLA compliance. Optimize resource allocation and workload balancing for efficiency and productivity. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA projects. Proven experience leading Agile projects in highly complex SAP landscapes. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams, influence stakeholders, and make tough decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in a multi-vendor and global environment. Hands-on experience in performance tuning, SAP upgrades, and system migrations is a plus. PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong understanding of integration points between SAP modules and third-party systems. Prior experience managing SAP DevOps or CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Ability to work in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
