Detailed Job Description: Minimum 8+ years of experience. Candidate should have title/roles played should be Dev Manager , Tech Manager or Sr Manager. We need one the 3 titles above in the roles they played in the past projects. Experience should be managing a team, application and accountable for the applications with stake holders and manage a team consisting of developers, PO, BA, Testers etc., in an agile environment. Ensuring production stability of the application, enhance the application thru having a vision of the organization roadmap. The only essential technical skill is hands-on with AWS environment. A fair understanding of the Wireless domain Device Fraud management is essential. Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation. Possess a strong understanding of Java programming languages, AWS Cloud, frameworks, and tools e.g., Spring, JPA, etc..
