Position Overview

enterprise-wide business and technology transformations

ERP migrations, supply chain optimizations, and digital initiatives

. We are seeking a 

Senior OCM Communications Lead

 to drive the strategic communication efforts that support organizational change, employee engagement, and business readiness.

While this role is primarily focused on 

communications strategy and execution

, it also involves 

broader OCM leadership responsibilities

, ensuring alignment across change initiatives and providing guidance to business leaders on effective messaging and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate is a 

seasoned change leader with deep expertise in communications

, capable of working with executives, project teams, and employees to 

shape and deliver clear, compelling, and consistent messaging

 for key transformation efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, internal communications, or corporate change communications.

Strong background in leading communication strategies for enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.

Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, or healthcare industries preferred.

Expertise in developing and executing communication plans for large-scale technology rollouts (e.g., ERP, S/4HANA, digital transformation).

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.

Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with intranet platforms, collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams), and digital engagement tools.

Preferred

Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA) and change communication in complex IT programs.

Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software).

Key Responsibilities

Change Communication Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive OCM communication strategies to drive awareness, alignment, and adoption of business and technology changes.

Craft targeted messaging and storytelling for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement across the organization.

Lead the creation of communication materials, including executive updates, internal announcements, newsletters, FAQs, emails, town hall content, and intranet updates.

Ensure all communications reinforce the purpose, benefits, and impact of organizational change while addressing potential concerns.

OCM Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on best practices for change communication and stakeholder engagement.

Partner with business leaders, HR, IT, and project teams to assess the impact of change and develop tailored messaging for key audiences.

Develop and execute stakeholder assessments and engagement plans to ensure alignment and readiness.

Create talking points, executive presentations, and leadership toolkits to help managers effectively communicate change to their teams.

Content Development & Multi-Channel Delivery

Design and deliver high-impact communication materials, including PowerPoint decks, infographics, videos, digital assets, and training support materials.

Maintain a consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all OCM communications to align with Medlines corporate identity.

Leverage various internal communication channels (email, intranet, town halls, video messaging, digital signage, collaboration tools) to maximize engagement.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Establish key success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change communications, using surveys, engagement analytics, and feedback loops.

Continuously refine communication strategies based on data insights and employee sentiment.
