Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Technical Consultant specializing in SAS Analytical Development to support a Federal Government insider threat initiative in the Intelligence Community. The consultant will join a seasoned team, working on an established project with significant national security impact. The solution integrates numerous data sources within a sophisticated SAS Visual Investigator framework. Responsibilities: Utilize structured and unstructured data to rapidly address insider threats. Develop and integrate data using SAS Studio with Viya 4.0 CAS. Create interactive SAS Visual Analytics reports based on stakeholder requirements. Modify existing ETL code and reports for evolving requirements. Maintain and develop entities, alerts, pages, and workflows within SAS Visual Investigator. Collaborate closely with domain experts to enhance threat detection and analysis capabilities. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience. Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Proficient in SAS programming and/or visualization. Must be currently located in or willing to relocate to Washington, DC area. Able to work 100% onsite at Chantilly, VA, up to 5 days/week. US Citizen with willingness to obtain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Nice-to-Have Skills: Existing Top Secret Clearance with CI or Full-Scope Polygraph. Masters Degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline. Agile development experience. Background in analytics, business intelligence, and data management.
