Agriculture/Mining/Oil and Gas industry preferred 1. At least 2 SAP end to end implementation experience as technically leading the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions. 2. Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. 3. Configure and customize MDG data models, UI, and workflows to meet organizational needs. 4. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 5. Oversee data integration processes with SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data quality and consistency. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDG implementations and operations. 7. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MDG applications and processes. 8. Provide guidance and support to development teams in coding, testing, and deployment activities. 9. Stay current with SAP MDG enhancements and recommend best practices and improvements.
