Follow the best practices in developing and delivering quality code that meets the functional and non-functional requirements. You will be responsible to help identify requirement gaps, identify and defend your implementation approach to clients and peers. Coach and mentor, junior developers and participate in peer reviews. Roles & Responsibilities Ensure delivery of high quality production code meeting the functional and non-functional requirements on time.
