In this role, the consultant will develop technical concepts, support procedures, and ensure the efficient operation of the system. The position involves leading or participating in project workstreams, supporting incident and change management processes, and troubleshooting technical issues related to Time Management, Payroll, and SF EC Replication. You will also work closely with business stakeholders to align business demands with IT strategy and provide consultative support. Key Responsibilities: Develop Technical Concepts and Support Procedures: Design and implement technical concepts for system improvements and enhancements. Support operational procedures and document processes for ongoing maintenance and support. Project-Related Activities: Lead or participate in project workstreams, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery phases, ensuring that all technical requirements are met. Drive impactful contributions to the long-term transformation and optimization of SAP HCM regional systems. Service Management Activities: Handle incidents and change requests for Americas Region systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Focus on key areas such as Time Management, Payroll, and SF EC Replication, ensuring smooth operation of these modules. Document technical configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements and IT strategy. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align business demands with IT capabilities. Troubleshoot HR technical issues collaboratively, providing effective solutions to complex challenges. Occasionally, perform ABAP programming and debugging as required. Competencies: Digital: Business Intelligence and Analytics Tools. Experience (Years): 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM or relevant technical fields. Essential Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM (especially Time Management, Payroll, and SF EC Replication). Ability to develop technical concepts and support procedures. Proven track record of contributing to project workstreams, including design, analysis, and delivery. Experience handling incidents and change requests within SAP HCM systems, especially in the Americas Region. Ability to troubleshoot HR technical issues effectively, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong experience in technical documentation, including documenting configurations and procedures. Experience with ABAP programming for debugging and minor customizations. Desirable Skills: In-depth understanding of SAP HCM Regional Systems transformation and long-term strategic contributions. Ability to align business requirements with IT strategy, providing consultative support.
