The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, providing strategic advice, and ensuring the successful integration and optimization of the SAP Fieldglass system. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business processes and provide solutions that align with their goals. Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for SAP Fieldglass applications. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Fieldglass implementations, addressing issues, system updates, and optimizations. Offer best practices and guidance for SAP Fieldglass processes, ensuring that clients are maximizing the value of the system. Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data to the SAP Fieldglass platform. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., IT, HR, procurement) to ensure smooth end-to-end integration and process improvement. Provide training and user support to clients to ensure effective utilization of SAP Fieldglass. Essential Competencies: In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and its capabilities. Strong understanding of business processes in procurement, supplier management, and workforce management. Ability to analyze client requirements and propose effective solutions. Experience with integration of SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP Fieldglass applications. Experience (Years): 4-6 years of relevant experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, support, and configuration. Essential Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration, customization, and implementation. Knowledge of workforce management processes and best practices. Experience with system integration and managing data migration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams. Ability to provide training and user support to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desirable Skills: Certification in SAP Fieldglass or related SAP solutions. Familiarity with SAP ERP and SuccessFactors.
