Required Qualifications & Skills: Hands-on experience with VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation. Strong knowledge of VMware technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation solutions. Develop automation scripts using Power and Ansible to improve IT efficiency. Manage and optimize VMware environments, ensuring performance and reliability. Perform basic data center-related activities, including hardware installations and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system automation and streamline workflows. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
