Title: Sr. Measurement Governance Analyst (Technical) Location: Remote (EST Time zones) Job Type - Contract Job Description : 5 years of experience in technical data governance, data management, or a related field within a healthcare environment. As part of JD, it includes: Leading the technical design, implementation, and management of AI governance frameworks, focusing on establishing measurement metrics, maintaining AI pipeline and reporting dashboards. Develop, implement, and enforce technical AI governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure AI quality and compliance. Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions and governance initiatives Ensure cadenced, accurate tracking of established KPIs and metrics across various systems and databases. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to AI governance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with AI governance policies Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AI governance frameworks and processes Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical data governance, data management, or a related field within a healthcare environment. Proven experience in developing and implementing technical data governance frameworks. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data governance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong technical skills in data architecture, metadata management, and data quality tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
