The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions. Configure and customize SAP CRM, SAP Fiori, and SAP SD modules to meet business needs. Provide end-to-end support for SAP system implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP functionalities. Develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications for an improved user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct user training and create system documentation. Work with SAP development teams to create custom solutions when necessary. Stay updated with SAP best practices, upgrades, and new functionalities. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with SAP CRM, SAP Fiori, and SAP SD. Strong understanding of SAP configuration and integration. Experience with SAP Fiori app development and UI5 framework. Knowledge of business processes related to rental, sales, and customer relationship management. Ability to work with ABAP developers for enhancements and custom developments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in relevant modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration. Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
