Responsibilities: As an integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort migration efforts, acting as the primary point of contact in Onshore. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials is required. Master proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger is recommended. PeopleSoft Technical Architecture with Intermediate proficiency, PeopleSoft Enterprise Integration with Advanced proficiency, Oracle PeopleSoft Payables with Master proficiency, and Oracle PeopleSoft Contracts (ESA) with Expert proficiency are suggested. Develop and implement innovative solutions for financial applications during their migration to SAP Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and on time delivery Provide technical guidance and support to team members offshore Analyze and optimize financial processes for efficiency during data transfers and any integration changes needed. Updated on industry trends and best practices in financial software. Be a lead and provide day to day updates to management across cross functional teams.
