The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing metrics reporting processes to support our cybersecurity initiatives. This role requires proficiency in Power BI and the ability to collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and present data effectively. Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity metrics dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with different departments, including IT, Risk Management, and Compliance, to collect and consolidate data for reporting purposes. Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential security risks, and provide actionable insights to the cybersecurity team. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing data validation and quality control processes. Present findings and reports to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of metrics reporting. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of metrics reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards and financial management.
