[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Type: DevOps Architect Location: Boston, MA , Hybrid, Need Local Visa : H1B MOI: Video Duration : 6 months Must LinkedIn Overview: The DevOps Architect will manage and support a new Financials solution, ensuring smooth operations and system security. This role involves working with teams like system integrators (SI), product vendors, technical leads, and compliance teams to establish best practices, standards, tools, and protocols for system maintenance and upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Define operational standards, tools, and procedures for managing the Financials system. Oversee job cycles (daily, weekly, quarterly tasks). Manage end-user security and monitor data security and compliance. Ensure timely software upgrades and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Design and implement system performance monitoring (including cloud & on- premise solutions). Oversee backup processes, network performance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration of new solutions. Lead the creation of an ERP Center of Excellence for system support and training. Required Skills: Experience in DevOps, system administration, and monitoring (especially SaaS solutions). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, security protocols, and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to troubleshoot network issues, software problems, and system failures. Experience in financial application development and operational support. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience migrating on- premise applications to cloud. Familiarity with agile DevOps practices and financial systems. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
