No reading from a resume No 6+ page resumes Preferred to have an active LinkedIn account IAM Consultant Industry: Financial Services Location of Client: West Des Moines, Iowa Remote/Onsite: Hybrid in West Des Moines, Iowa highly Candidates must be local to Des Moines area Interviews: 2 via Teams Contract: 1 year to start, likely extension Job Summary: Provide technical and analytical support for internal and external customers. Assist with creating, maintaining, and using spreadsheets and/or database tools to effectively analyze and report results for a variety of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This job will involve on-going meetings with our business trading partners to educate IAM principles, and work jointly with them to improve our operational efficiencies within the IAM program. **Responsibilities** Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures. Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources. Participate in the planning and execution of IAM projects and initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IAM. Participate in IAM projects and initiatives. Work with Application, Role, Data owners to understand access requirements. Perform daily health checks in IAM solution for provisioning failures, data corrections etc., Maintain documentation for the IAM program. Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks. **Requirements:** 5+ years of experience in identity and access management. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and provisioning. Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with IAM solutions from vendors such as SailPoint Expertise with RBAC & ABAC models Excellent Data Analytic skills by leveraging MS Office tools such as MS Excel.
