The goal of theproject is to implement and validate a reporting solution to replace multipleoutdated Adult Services data collection systems (Adult Protective ServicesRegistry (APS-R), Disinterested Public Agent Guardian (DPAG). This reportingsolution along with strategic enterprise interfaces with the Salesforceplatform for future inclusion of Division of Aging programs. Vendor onboarding has been completed. Thisproject is in the execution phase. This position will work with the businessand vendor to ensure that the development, testing and deployment of themodules is done smoothly and responsible for ongoing maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES The experienceddeveloper will work on both Salesforce application development, integrationdevelopment and maintenance of the application. Responsiblefor maintaining the document generation and electronic signature custom code Thisindividual will collaborate with stakeholders and other Agile team members todevelop reliable, secure code from inception to completion, ensuring alignmentwith organizational goals Providesupport and troubleshooting for ongoing Salesforce issues reported by users Theresource will test finished incremental components and provide feedback to thevendor. Regularlymonitor the Salesforce environment to ensure system health, uptime, andperformance Reviewand own the security & encryption as implemented and best practiceoversight and continuous maintenance Responsiblefor the maintenance of MuleSoft Integrations MonitorAPIs and Integrations Assistingin performing functional and integrated testing Preparingand maintaining project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports,and user documentation Supportingrequired system go-live activities AttendingProject meetings Employee will perform otherrelated work as required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES COMPETENCIES Experiencebuilding and modifying complex applications on a Salesforce lightning platform Strongunderstanding and experience with all configuration aspects of Salesforceincluding for development. Experiencedeveloping custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers in SFDC. SalesforceAdministrator, Developer, Copado certifications required.
