Responsible for overall system design Review and approve system design for new use cases. Responsible for overall code and configuration Review and approve code deliverables. Coach and mentor developers Code applications, interfaces, modules, components, and reports Complete testing plan and checklists Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables. Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components, and reports. Perform knowledge transfer to state staff. Create technical documentation. Document and maintain the Incident Response Plan (IRP) Document, track and resolve technical exception requests (TRB) Document and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) Responsible for Health Service ESBs SSP ATO POAMS Follow configuration management processes implemented. Vendor support for Rhapsody licensing and software.
