Temp to hire is not planned. Grand Rapids is preferred but will consider remote candidates that are willing to travel to GR as needed (a week at a time when requested). What Youll Be Doing: Own the delivery of testing phase of the large projects and programs Own and ensure testing deliverables meet standards, quality expectations, and end-user requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data. Define and facilitate test strategies and plan implementation actions. Develop by coordinating comprehensive test plans, test scenarios and test cases within put from developers, subject matter experts and IT analysts. Lead and manage test execution across multiple project teams, ensuring progress is tracked daily. Manage and streamline the bug lifecycle, proactively removing blockers to maintain test flow. Coordinate bug execution by working with necessary parties to resolve and document disposition plans Identify risks and facilitate resolution of the risks; communicate the risk mitigation and resolution to higher level of leadership Generate necessary test reporting and dashboards to provide insights into status, testing progress and issues. Work closely with teams to continuously improve testing standards and best practices. Collaborate with Automation Specialists to integrate manual test scripts into automation strategies. Champion a quality-first mindset and advocate for Quality & Automation, DevOps principles, including CI/CD. Coach and mentor teams on software quality best practices in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Embrace Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
