We are spinning up a new run ahead squad to support an enterprise-wide card initiative with focus on the work impacting the Health stacked debit card. We are looking for a seasoned developer and technology lead who has experience building and deploying applications served in the cloud who can help break down high level architectural designs into development-ready design components that can be handed off to execution squads for delivery. You will be joining a highly motivated, agile team whose primary goal is to take the customer experience to the next level! The Expertise You Have 7+ years of development experience. 3 - 5 years of technical leadership experience at a senior level. Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or related fields) Excellent understanding of REST concepts and developing REST APIs using Spring boot with Tomcat Object-oriented analysis and design experience Excellent understanding of Java 8 capabilities, lambda, streams and functional interfaces Excellent understanding and working experience using spring modules, including IOC, MVC(Rest), BATCH, spring boot along with other core components like oauth2 and security Experience in developing cloud native applications (AZURE is preferred) The Skills You Bring You thrive in a team-oriented environment and taking on new challenges Your communication with peers and leaders is clear and effective You help provide technical leadership and direction You are willing and excited to add your voice and opinion to the discussion You love to take initiative to solve a problem and get the job done The Value You Deliver Leading the team in technical guidance and mentoring junior team members.
