Additional info I was referring to: I am almost looking for more of a security project coordinator/BA blending technical and functional capabilities. Someone who understands S&C, has experience with SAP, capable of managing access, etc. but has truly worked in projects (not upgrades to systems simply referring to them as projects). Some key project responsibilities this person will have include: Developing user matrices with user data mapping to roles Comprehensive analysis of existing roles. Determining if all requirements are being accurately captured and/or if modifications are required. Working with business leads to troubleshoot Assist with provisioning/deprovisioning in non-prod lower environments Using S&C knowledge to review S&C security test scripts (SIT, UAT) Background about this role to help the team better understand as they search for candidates: We have two key NEXT projects currently occurring (go-live ~October 25)WAM R2 and CIS. WAM R2 includes two applications: Maximo and Open Grid. In WAM R1, we migrated the NJNG team to Maximo but are now migrating the Home Services business to Maximo for asset management. Home Services currently uses PragmaCAD for the MWM/field operations. We are migrating HS to Open Grid, which is an upgrade to the existing system, Pragma CAD. Historically, HS has been self-sufficient and exclusively managed this application. That is no longer feasible. They will now follow the guidelines of every other NJR application with this implementation. We now must modify existing roles, add roles, include security measures, and implement controls. We are working very closely with the HS Business Leads and SI (CGI) to complete all this analysis and stand PragmaCAD up utilizing the NJR security policies. The CIS project includes implementing S4 (entirely new application of SAP) and retrofitting SAP C4C (which we previously implemented with the CX project years back). Roles have been identified but there is still clean up taking place. Simultaneously, NJR (outside of the NEXT program) is implementing Saviynt to do auto provisioning, SOD/SA analysis. While this is not directly part of our program, it has huge implications as SAP is in the next phase of applications. We are also working closely with the Saviynt teams (NJR Security and SI) to ensure all requirements are captured and timelines align. The IAM Analyst will be assisting/driving all of this (i.e., a very hands-on resource is required). They will be the bridge between Vaida (NJR Security) and NEXT. They will be working most closely with me as well as Carol. Basic Function: This is an active, hands-on position, focused on the security implementation of Program NEXT projects as well as day-to-day operations of New Jersey Resources Identity and Access Management functions. The NEXT Identity Access Analyst (IAM) will work side by side with the Security Lead as well as Security & Controls project team members. Responsibilities: Provisioning of accounts for onboarding users Processing of changes to account security requirements Assistance to users as required Processing of user terminations Reporting on provisioning activities Performing security testing for new system implementations Access certification reviews Assist with the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal control documentation required for user provisioning and deprovisioning Ensures access is provisioned and deprovisioned timely and accurately Manages and monitors systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions; provides incident and problem management support Perform other information security job-related duties as assigned Lead daily project meetings in accordance with established security standards and policies Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements Combine both management skills and specific security system knowledge, coordinate the security project through its progressive stages, with the goal of project completion within specified time Ensure project implementations are completed in compliance with security standards, policies, and regulations Conduct security related testing Identify, schedule, or coordinate project activities related to security to meet deadlines Lead security cutover tasks during go-live Experience: Must have identity access and security related experience with SAP S4 and SAP C4C Preferred experience with any of the following-- Oracle Cloud ERP, Clevest, IBM Maximo Previous project experience is required Experience with Risk Management and Information Security strategy, practices, technologies, and tools Experience managing Cloud identities and SSO Possess certain traits including strong communication, flexibility, assertiveness, approachability, and foresight Capable of handling stressful situations and able to delegate tasks to align the ideas of team members Identity Access Management systems experience with identity and access management tools such as Saviynt and privileged access management such as CyberArk Security related experience-- hands on experience, access provisioning/deprovisioning, custom role creation, familiarity with privileges that make up roles, access issues troubleshooting o Segregation of Duties and sensitive access controls experience * The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary Keywords: cprogramm business analyst access management sfour information technology golang New Jersey IAM ANALYST arbab@vizoninc.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2267136 |
