Please find the job details below: Job Title: UX/UI Developer Location: Seattle, WA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities & Deliverables: Experience in aviation or aerospace Experience in training Experience working in SAFe or Agile teams Experience visualizing analytics Experience working in Azure DevOps (ADO)Roles & Responsibilities Experience with the end-to-end design process and application of appropriate methods. Familiarity with existing industry UX/UI best practices. Able to conduct UX research methods, such as user interviews and usability testing. Experience designing and prototyping software user interfaces Proficiency with Figma. Experience designing for iOS native applications. Experience designing for Android native applications. Experience designing web applications. Articulate UX and design choices to cross-functional teams within the group. Coordinate with Product Owners (POs) to ensure alignment of UX work deliverable schedule of to product development schedule. Able to align/prioritize assigned statement of work within the workflow of the product team. Able to be compliant with company branding, design guidelines and operational practices within the UX/Product work groups. Be proactive and aware of UX production schedule and reporting shifts/changes that would impact overall schedule. Provide design trade-offs to meet overall team workflow/work product.
