Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BRIM billing solutions for large-scale Telecom projects. Lead workshops, blueprinting, and design sessions to create robust BRIM architectures that meet business requirements and help business transformation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions. Develop technical designs and system integration strategies, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards in different types of interfaces File, API, KAFKA Messaging etc. Oversee the end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of the different SAP modules like CI and FICA. Ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules (such as SAP CI, FICA, CM, CPI, Fiori apps) and third-party systems. Identify the functional and technical gaps well in advance and provide optimum solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure top-quality deliverables. Provide thought leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and stakeholders.
