Deliver maintainable processes and components using native Salesforce features whenever possible. Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements. Clearly articulate the pros and cons of various methods to achieve a solution. Deep experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms using Apex REST APIs or other integration ETL tools. Proficiency in developing and debugging LWC components. Ability to review code built by other developers and efficiently troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities: Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions using appropriate SDLC methodologies. Develop and implement solutions for core technologies, custom off-the-shelf (COTS) systems, niche technologies (e-commerce), and specialty development (Mobility & TPF). Participate in standard IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions. Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical issues. Apply specialized knowledge in areas such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise, or legacy evolution. Interact with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical context. Validate project scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned tasks. Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions spanning multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies. Define project scope, plans, and proposed implementation timelines. Research, analyze, recommend, and implement new technologies, best practices, tools, and techniques.
