This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will create efficient, user-friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft technologies. Core Responsibilities Development: Design, develop, and test solutions that meet business needs. Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions. Knowledge Transfer: Educate PMO staff on solution maintenance. Product Management: Oversee multiple applications including Project and Portfolio Management, JIRA, PowerApps, and SharePoint. Project Management Support: Perform financial analysis and training. Iterative Tasks & Expectations Planning: Identify business process gaps and requirements. Scoping: Define high-level requirements and measurable objectives. Design & Development: Build, unit test, and iterate PowerApps solutions. Testing: Create and execute test plans; resolve application issues. Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications across environments. Continuous Improvement: Maintain a backlog for future enhancements. General Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 12+ years of experience in software development, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving abilities. Project Management Skills Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies. Stakeholder management experience (preferred). Knowledge of D.M.A.I.C. methodology (preferred). ITIL Project Management experience. Technical Requirements Microsoft PL certification (a plus). Experience in UI/UX application design. Familiarity with APIs and data querying. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization. Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of software development experience. 5+ years experience with SQL or PL/SQL and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred: Experience integrating Microsoft products, REST/SOAP APIs, DAX coding, and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Azure. Preferred: 3+ years in PowerApps development, including design, testing, and maintenance.
