Work Location: Orlando, Florida (Onsite) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the architecture of our enterprise-level IT systems, with a specific focus on our Salesforce web applications deployed on the cloud and other applications hosted on-premises. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and business strategies, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the organization's technology stack. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Architecture Design & Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap for IT systems that align with business objectives and goals. Define the architectural vision for cloud-based solutions (Salesforce and other applications) and on-premise infrastructure. Establish and enforce best practices and standards for enterprise architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Cloud and On-Premises Integration: Lead the integration strategy for cloud applications (Salesforce) and on-premise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and minimal downtime. Design and implement hybrid architecture solutions that integrate cloud and on-premise infrastructure to deliver seamless user experiences and efficient processes. Salesforce Architecture & Deployment: Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce architecture, ensuring effective deployment, integration, and optimization of Salesforce CRM and other Salesforce-based solutions. Work with development and implementation teams to ensure Salesforce best practices for customization, data management, security, and integration with other systems. System Performance & Scalability: Monitor and optimize the performance of both cloud-based and on-premise systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability. Conduct performance assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations where needed. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, product owners, and senior leadership, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead architecture review boards and technology governance processes to ensure technology decisions align with overall business objectives. Security & Compliance: Ensure that all enterprise systems, both cloud and on-premises, adhere to security best practices and compliance standards, including data protection regulations such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and other industry-specific guidelines. Collaborate with security teams to define and implement security protocols for cloud and on-premises environments. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and developers on architectural best practices, technology trends, and implementation methodologies. Lead and inspire the technology teams to drive innovation and ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (7+ years) in IT architecture, with a focus on cloud-based applications (Salesforce) and on-premises infrastructure, preferably within the Hotel and Tourism industry. Experience in implementing and managing enterprise-wide architectures and integrations, including cloud services, web applications, and data platforms. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integrations with third-party systems. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their architectural principles, including deployment, automation, and security. Hands-on experience with on-premise infrastructure management and integration with cloud solutions. Familiarity with application development frameworks, microservices, APIs, and middleware solutions. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and technologies. Certifications (Preferred but not Required): Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certification. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or other cloud certifications. TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar enterprise architecture certification. ITIL or other IT service management certifications.
