Job Title: Business Analyst with Credit Card Job Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite) Job Duration: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements, processes, and solutions. Develop and document business and IT process models to illustrate current and future states. Perform fit-gap analyses. Gather and document design requirements. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders. Prepare and execute testing plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results. Assist with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle. Assist with troubleshooting software systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. Facilitate workshops, meetings and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand.
