Job Position : NJATCSU Business Analyst Job Location : Trenton, NJ Job Duration : 4 Months Job Description : Need a BA with Agile, UI/UX documentation and testing experience to work eCourts projects. Must have strong experience in Requrements gathering, UI/UX, creating Use Cases and Analysis. Business analyst needed for projects involving critical data processing systems for the New Jersey Judiciary. Note: Local candidate needed to work onsite 2 Xs / week; Mondays and Tuesdays. Engagement will be extended. EXCELLENT Communication (verbal and written) and Customer Service skills REQUIRED. Responsibilities: The BA will be responsible for the development and documentation of business requirements, creating user interface/user experience mockups, workflows, use cases, user stories, user documentation for training purposes, test scripts and test plans. The BA will be expected to work in fast paced projects and will be expected to be organized, multitask, take initiatives and be customer friendly. Skills required: Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology including Agile methodology. Experience with developing various documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories etc. Experience in developing UI/UX mockups and workflows using Visio and other design tools (Adobe XD preferred). Ability to gather and interpret relevant information via interviews, observation, surveys, meetings and reading manuals/documentation. Experience in writing test plans and test scripts and conducting various testing. Experience in creating user training manuals and conducting user training and demos. Customer service/end user support/helpdesk support experience preferred. Ability to analyze complex business processes and work flows and propose areas for improvement. 4 year college degree. Relevant work experience: 6 to 8 years Required / Desired Skills Experience participating as a BA with requirements, testing, documenting, training in the full SDLC including Agile methodology Required 5 Years Experience with developing various documentation including, BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, etc. Required 5 Years Experience in developing UI UX mockups and workflows using Visio and other design tools (Adobe XD preferred). Required 5 Years Ability to gather and interpret relevant information via interviews, observation, surveys, meetings and reading manuals/documentation Required 5 Years Experience in creating user training manuals and conducting user trainings and demos Highly desired 5 Years Ability to analyze complex business processes and work flows and propose areas for improvement Required 5 Years Customer service/end user support/helpdesk support experience.
