The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java frameworks, microservices, and data pipelines, with experience working in a cloud-based environment using Azure and AWS. The role requires a platform-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to generate use cases that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop microservices using Core Java frameworks. Build and enhance a scalable framework to support predictive analytics. Develop and maintain data pipelines in Spark and PySpark. Work with Iceberg Datalake to manage large-scale data processing and storage. Generate and define use cases to drive platform development and business value. Leverage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS to build and deploy scalable solutions. Utilize Java reflections to design dynamic and adaptable code frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and technical requirements. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the offshore development team in Brazil. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and microservices architecture. Proven experience in building scalable platforms and frameworks. Expertise in working with Spark/PySpark and data pipeline development. Experience with data lakehouse formats such as Apache Hudi, Apache Iceberg, or Delta Lake is a plus. Strong experience with cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS. Proficiency in Java reflections for building dynamic frameworks. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with offshore teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
