Role : Desktop Support Technician (Onsite)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Travel: Occasional travel to Los Angeles, Fresno, and
Sherman Oaks

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate: $30/hr. on c2c

Job Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to
provide onsite technical support for employees and contractors. This
role requires a strong understanding of Windows, O365, mobile devices,
peripherals, and laptops. You will be responsible for troubleshooting
hardware/software issues, assisting with conference room technology, and
supporting device installations and moves.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve
technical issues for onsite and remote users related to hardware,
software, and peripherals.

Provide pre-meeting
testing and in-meeting troubleshooting for conference room technology.

Assist with device
installations, managed print setups, mobile device configurations, and
troubleshooting.

Document and track

Escalate complex issues
as necessary while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Utilize diagnostic
tools (Splunk, Aternity, NexThink) for issue resolution.

Use remote access
tools to troubleshoot and resolve client problems.

Leverage Python,
Power, and APIs to automate administrative tasks, gather device
information, and address compliance issues.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Windows
OS, O365, and enterprise IT environments

Experience with diagnostic tools (Splunk, Aternity, NexThink)

Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve technical issues

Experience with remote access tools for troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with hardware/software configurations and mobile device
support

Familiarity with Python, Power, and APIs for automation and
troubleshooting

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
