The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of application programming knowledge and system expertise. This role requires proficiency in scripting, application changes, and troubleshooting system connections, connectivity, and OS compatibility for various applications and devices. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the design and implementation of site migration projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations. Develop and execute migration strategies, including data migration, application migration, and system integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess current systems, and define migration plans. Perform scripting and application changes to support migration activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system connections, network connectivity, and OS compatibility. Ensure all migration activities adhere to safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) principles, with a primary focus on safety. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the migration process. Document migration processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.Qualifications: Experience or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on site migrations. Strong knowledge of application programming, scripting languages, and system integration. Experience with troubleshooting system connections, network connectivity, and OS compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with lean principles and methodologies is a plus.Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments. Experience working with non-enterprise site developed applications for support or development. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to system migrations.
