Location: Baltimore, MD They must have Salesforce certifications and financial industry experience. (12-15 years of Candidate) They have a strong preference for local candidates but will consider relocation candidates. They work a hybrid shift, 3 days per week in the office. Superior communication skills are essential. This is a 6 month contract that will extend out to 2-3 years. Any visa is ok. As the Salesforce Business Analyst your duties and responsibilities will include: Elicit, clarify, and translate complex business requirements into application functional and detailed technical solution documentation and conceptual designs for the Salesforce.com platform. Management and logging of user feedback in Agile, JIRA, Confluence and/or other appropriate systems Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Review, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups) for various Salesforce initiatives. Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needs. This is a client-facing role so the BA must be a good communicator capable and comfortable speaking with clients, detail oriented, organized, flexible and aware to client during business hours. Manage testing and deployment activities to ensure high performance and functionality. Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translating them to requirements artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/Use stories. Must be able to partner effectively with a wide range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams and external partners, to drive business success. Continuously identifies opportunities and executes process improvements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business analysis, including demonstrated success in owning and delivering business process improvements. 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform. Scrum Master and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred. Experience working with Agile teams and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Service Now, etc. Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight. Strong analytical skills, follow-up capability, and problem-solving ability. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail.
