The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the BPM domain, including at least 3+ years working with JBPM, Java/J2EE development, and integration frameworks. A deep understanding of web services (SOAP and REST), as well as frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, is essential. This role demands a hands-on approach to integration efforts, as well as strong technical communication and leadership skills to guide teams and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect BPM solutions using JBPM to drive effective process management and automation. Lead integration efforts with frameworks such as Camel and Mule, ensuring smooth communication between systems. Analyze complex business and functional requirements, proposing technical solutions and converting them into actionable delivery plans. Mentor and guide development teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to best practices. Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout project execution, ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions on time. Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience with JBPM BPM Services Development, Customization, Event-Driven BPM, and Rule & Rule Flow Design. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE development, Web Services (SOAP & REST), Spring, and Hibernate. Proficiency with integration frameworks, including SOAP, REST web services, Camel, and Mule. Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills. Candidate Requirements: Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX. A high level of expertise and dedication to the project is required for this role.
