Position Title: NEXT WAM BIRT Reporting Analyst Dept.: Information Technology Reports To: NEXT Enterprise Architect Location: Wall, New Jersey Salary Grade: Date: _____________________________________________________________________________________ Basic Function: The Work and Asset Management (WAM) BIRT Reporting Analyst will perform reporting requirements, analysis, design, and development, testing and deployment of Maximo BIRT Reports. Management Responsibility: None Major Responsibilities: Define Maximo BIRT reporting requirements through multiple methods including, but not limited to, review of existing reports, conducting reporting requirements interviews/workshops Analyze reporting requirements and define reporting strategies for different reporting solutions such using queries, ad-hoc reporting, data export into Excel, BIRT Reports including scheduled reports as well as user-initiated reports Design, develop, test, and deploy Maximo and SQL queries and BIRT reports Define report frequencies and configure Maximo to run and distribute scheduled BIRT reports Review reporting strategies, designs and developed reports with the user communities and obtain user approval Train the user community in the use of Maximo queries, ad-hoc reports and how to access and use Maximo BIRT reports Install Maximo BIRT developer tools if/as required on desktop Support and maintain deployed reports by monitoring and tuning queries and report performance, schedule and addressing user questions Document all Maximo queries, reporting designs, processes, functional and technical BIRT Report specifications for the WAM project Experience with large-scale enterprise projects is beneficial, along with support experience in SIT, UAT, and Hypercare SAP RISE Data analytics experience is a plus Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and ETL technologies such as ADF or Informatica is considered plus Qualifications: Self-starter with who can work independently to perform the entire reporting development lifecycle, from requirements analysis, strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Maximo BIRT reports Significant experience in all aspects of the complete reporting lifecycle Sufficient knowledge of Maximo functionality and extensive knowledge of the Maximo database, data structures, tables, relationships etc. to identify the data sources required to develop the queries, data exports and develop the BIRT Reports Highly experienced in Maximo BIRT reports development and other Maximo reporting and query capabilities to advise and train users to use those capabilities Highly experienced in writing SQL queries and with relational databases, database indexes, relationships, and performance optimization of reports Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills, with a proven track record of using data to provide actionable business results Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary. | Thanks & Regards, Saurabh Singh E: saurabh.singh @sanmanaglobal.com | www.sanmanaglobal.com 2338 RAY HUBBARD WAY, WYLIE | TEXAS, 75098 -- Keywords: business intelligence active directory information technology New Jersey Urgent Need --- Maximo Analyst -- Wall, NJ -- ANY VISA [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2269925&uid= |
