NOTE : Need Passport number and LinkedIn ID and please do mention Current Location and Visa of candidate while sending the Profile Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction & Curation: Use strong SQL skills to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs) to prepare it for analysis and visualization. Tableau Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to communicate key business insights clearly and effectively. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets using SQL and Tableau to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with business users and other teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet key business objectives. Data Integrity & Optimization: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Optimize Tableau reports for performance, scalability, and efficiency. ETL Processes: Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SQL and other data engineering tools to ensure data is structured and accessible for analysis. Ad-hoc Reporting: Provide ongoing support for Tableau dashboards and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests by quickly generating and analyzing data. Automation & Process Improvement: Continuously improve data workflows, automation, and reporting processes by integrating best practices in data engineering and analytics. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering, analysis, and visualization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or Data Analyst with a strong portfolio of Tableau dashboards. Experience with Oracle databases and understanding of Oracle SQL for advanced data querying and processing Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, and transforming large datasets from relational databases. Hands-on experience with data curation and data cleaning techniques to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis. Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep for data visualization and reporting. Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools for efficient data extraction and transformation. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage and management. Solid understanding of data modeling, database structures, and data warehousing concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills: Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or Scala for data manipulation and analysis. Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) for managing code and collaboration. Experience with report automation and scripting for streamlined reporting tasks.
