The resources will need to work closely with our delivery team and the client to ensure a seamless SAP FSM implementation, driving best practices and efficiency in service execution, technician scheduling, and field operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading the solution design, user adoption, and delivery of SAP FSM solutions, driving service execution optimization, technician scheduling, and field operations. This is a hands-on role requiring collaboration with both the internal delivery team and the client to ensure the successful implementation of SAP FSM and related integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP FSM Implementations: Drive the design and implementation of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules, and align with industry best practices. - SAP S/4HANA Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA, specifically modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), PM (Plant Maintenance), CS (Customer Service), MM (Materials Management), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). - Field Service Optimization: Utilize expertise in field service workflows, technician scheduling, workforce optimization, and mobile service execution to design and deploy solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase customer satisfaction. - Stakeholder Engagement & User Adoption: Lead and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users, to ensure their needs are met. Develop and execute strategies for user adoption, ensuring successful buy-in and transition to the new system. - Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure the project timeline, resources, and budget are managed effectively. Serve as a liaison between the technical and functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. - Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements or optimizations to improve system functionality and business processes. - Innovative Integrations: Leverage emerging technologies such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Internet of Things (IoT), predictive maintenance, and integrations with Procore/SAP CPQ to drive additional value from the solution. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP, including at least 5 years in SAP FSM implementations. - Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration with modules such as SD, PM, CS, MM, and EWM. - Strong background in designing and implementing field service workflows, technician scheduling, workforce optimization, and mobile service execution. - Deep understanding of SAP FSMs capabilities and the ability to design and optimize field service processes. - Familiarity with SAP BTP, IoT, predictive maintenance, and Procore/SAP CPQ integrations is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovatively when addressing complex business challenges. - Strong ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment, working closely with delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the solution.
