This role requires a strong understanding of Windows, O365, mobile devices, peripherals, and laptops. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, assisting with conference room technology, and supporting device installations and moves. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues for onsite and remote users related to hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide pre-meeting testing and in-meeting troubleshooting for conference room technology. Assist with device installations, managed print setups, mobile device configurations, and troubleshooting. Document and track client inquiries using ticketing systems (ServiceNow). Escalate complex issues as necessary while ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize diagnostic tools (Splunk, Aternity, NexThink) for issue resolution. Use remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve client problems. Leverage Python, Power, and APIs to automate administrative tasks, gather device information, and address compliance issues.
