INTERVIEW TYPE: Video USC, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD REQUIRED SKILLS Key Responsibilities: Perform server administration tasks with a focus on Azure and M365. Support ongoing cloud migration initiatives. Manage ticket escalations from Level 1 technicians. Provide troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues. Maintain and optimize VMware environments and Active Directory. Collaborate within a Freshworks ticketing system. Assist in documentation and knowledge base management. Qualifications: 3-5 years of server administration experience. Strong proficiency in Azure and M365. Solid experience with VMware and Active Directory. Problem-solving skills for enterprise-level IT environments.
