Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (e.g., Windows Server 2016/2019/2022). Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and DNS/DHCP. Monitor server performance, security, and backups using tools like SCCM, SCOM, and Power. Patch management and regular updates to the Windows infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including root cause analysis. Implement and manage virtualization solutions (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware). Ensure compliance with security policies and standards (e.g., handling security patches, vulnerability scans).
