The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle EBS modules, and providing functional support for enterprise-wide implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle EBS modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and ASCP. Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS solutions to meet business needs. Assist in end-to-end process improvements, including order fulfillment, procurement, inventory management, and production planning. Work with technical teams to design and implement customizations, reports, and integrations. Provide functional support for system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Conduct functional testing, UAT, and training sessions for business users. Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and industry standards. Document functional requirements, system configurations, and user guides. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless business operations. Stay updated with latest Oracle EBS updates and industry trends. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant specializing in EBS. Expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and ASCP modules. Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS configurations, workflows, and setups. Experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysis. Familiarity with PL/SQL, APIs, and Oracle Reports for functional troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications. Knowledge of EDI, iSupplier, iProcurement, and WMS. Understanding of Agile methodologies and ERP project lifecycle. Oracle EBS certification is a plus.
