Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Java/Spring Boot applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements. Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects as appropriate. Contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot. Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering successful projects. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in building reporting applications with functionalities similar to those described. Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
