The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and optimizing Windchill 11.x and 12.x modules and will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and implementing PLM solutions. The role requires an in-depth understanding of Item & BOM Management, Compliance Management, Change Management, and Manufacturing Processes, with a focus on driving business improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions. This individual will be highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and deliver professional presentations and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, assess current processes, and define migration needs. PLM System Configuration: Provide expert functional configuration of Windchill including roles, access management, and workflow configurations. Business Process Analysis: Investigate and validate current business processes to identify inefficiencies, non-value-added steps, and areas for improvement. Functional Specifications & Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, As-Is and To-Be documentation, migration requirements, and process flow documentation. Use Case Definition & Solution Design: Lead the facilitation of meetings to define use cases, design solutions, and validate configurations in the Windchill environment. Blueprinting & Demos: Work with the team to develop system blueprints and provide demos of the Windchill solution to stakeholders as required. Process Improvement: Identify and propose solutions to streamline business workflows and enhance the efficiency of PLM systems. Collaboration & Communication: Engage with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment and foster a positive, constructive relationship. Training and Support: Provide support and training for users on Windchill modules and best practices, ensuring smooth system adoption. Qualifications: Experience: 8-12 years of experience in PLM and Windchill functional roles, with proven expertise in implementing Windchill 11.x and 12.x. Industry Experience: Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred but not mandatory. PLM Knowledge: Strong command of Windchill modules, including Item & BOM Management, Compliance Management, Change Management, and Manufacturing Process. Configuration Expertise: Hands-on experience in Windchill configuration, including roles, access management, and workflow preparation. Process Improvement: Ability to investigate and optimize business processes by identifying areas of inefficiency and recommending improvements. Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, professional, and high-quality documentation such as functional designs, requirements, and process flows. Workshop Leadership: Proven experience in leading workshops to capture business requirements and validate system configurations. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Collaboration: Ability to work in a highly matrixed team environment and collaborate across various business functions. Customer Focus: Ability to foster positive, constructive relationships with customers, peers, and team members. Preferred Skills: PLM and Windchill Certifications: Certification in PLM systems, particularly Windchill. Advanced Knowledge: Familiarity with advanced Windchill modules and specialized functions such as PLM integrations and change management workflows.
