Job Description:                                      

**What Youll Do**

 **Modernize & Secure Active Directory**

- Redesign and optimize AD infrastructure for hybrid/cloud environments.

- Integrate AD with modern identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta) for seamless authentication.

- Enforce security policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

 **Master DNS/DHCP Infrastructure**

- Manage large-scale DNS/DHCP systems for reliability and performance.

- Troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize IP address management.

- Collaborate with network teams to enhance redundancy and scalability.

 **Lead & Collaborate**

- Partner with security teams to refine IAM policies.

- Resolve high-impact technical issues and mentor junior engineers.

**Must-Have Skills**

 **7+ years** of hands-on AD modernization experience.

 Proven success integrating AD with **Entra ID, Okta**, or similar platforms.

 Expertise in **DNS (DNSSEC)** and **DHCP** management (enterprise-level).

 Deep knowledge of **Windows Server (20122022)**, Group Policy, LDAP, Kerberos.

 **Power scripting** wizard for automation and reporting.

 Strong understanding of hybrid/cloud environments and security protocols.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**

 Certifications: Microsoft Azure AD, Okta Administrator, or similar.

 Experience with AWS IAM or public-sector projects.
