The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while leveraging Generative AI techniques to enhance functionality and user experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Proven experience with Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API). Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience in building AI-driven applications. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that utilize Generative AI technologies. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure a seamless user experience. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java and Generative AI. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Document development processes, code changes, and application architecture. Preferred, but not required: Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
