Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and leadership in an Agile environment. Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, deliverables, and deadlines. Support the development and refinement of Agile processes, ensuring efficient execution and delivery. Provide transparent reporting to senior management, including risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Conduct audits to ensure project standards are met and maintained throughout the lifecycle. Manage project status, milestones, and deliverables, keeping all team members informed and ensuring accessibility of information. Demonstrate a high degree of business acumen, bridging the gap between technical and business needs. Provide leadership and recommendations for process improvements, optimization, and resource management. Work with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Excel. Proactively communicate and manage issues, risks, and recommendations for optimizing business operations. Skills and Experience Required: At least 8 years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and projects. Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of project management. Expertise in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and meeting deliverable deadlines. Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools such as JIRA. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve conflicts to meet deadlines. High proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels. Desired Skills: Experience in technology projects within the Financial Services domain. Knowledge of Wealth Management, Banking technology, and related applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is a plus.
