Has a solid understanding of user interface design including HTML, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, and CSS. Angular JS Knowledge of EDI interfaces and HIPAA compliant transaction sets. Java programming experience with Red Hat BRMS. Works well with others across the organization. High responsiveness to changing business needs. Subject matter expert for a variety of products maintained by the software development department. Subject matter expert for the IT department's source control system, application lifecycle management toolset, and the release management process. High issue resolution, coupled with high level of solutioning. Self-starter and detail oriented. Possess effective communication skills, both oral and written. EDUCATION AND TRAINING Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline required. Five (5) plus years of related industry experience. Previous employment in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred.
